Q: Don't see my photos on iCloud Photos in Safari and Chrome

I have iPhone 5, iPad 2 and a iMac

I can see my photos shared via iCloud on iPhone and iPad without any problem. However, when I log into iCloud Photos in Safari or Chrome, there is not a photo at all, why? I can read and edit other files on iCloud, such as Pages file, Keynote files, but just I don't see any photos on iCloud Photos in Safari.

How can I fix this problem?

Thanks.

iMac, OS X El Capitan (10.11)

How are you sharing the photos on iCloud? Which service are you using?  iCloud Photo Library? My Photo Stream? Shared albums?

Only iCloud Photo Library will show in the Photos.app on www.icloud.com?

I don't use iCloud Photo Library but iCloud Photo sharing and My Photo Stream. So, I can't check my photos in the Photos on iClound.com?

My photos sharing between my iPhone and iPad, both in My Photo Stream and Shared albums, do not show up in the Photos.app in my iMac, is it due to the same reason?

    Thanks

Yes, only iCloud Photo Library is visible in the Photos.app at www.icloud.com, not the Shared albums and My Photo Stream.

Photos on your Mac should be showing the shared albums, if you are using the same AppleID as on your  other devices. Did you enable both "my Photo Stream" and iCloud Photo Sharing in the System preferences > iCloud > Photos and in the Photos.app: Photos > Preferences > iCloud?

If yes, but the Shared albums and My Photo Stream are not shown in the "Shared" section of your Photos library, disable the shared albums and My Photo Stream again in the System Preferences, restart the Mac, then enable it again. The shared albums should slowly start to upload again. On my Mac it took a full day for the Shared albums to appear again and download the photos.

There are Shared albums (I can see the album names) and My Photo Stream in the Photos app in my iMac, however, there are no photos in Shared albums and only part of photos in My Photo Stream. I have tried turn on and off photo sharing and photo stream many times but in vain, very annoying.

How long did you wait after turning off iCloud Photos in the System preferences and rebooting?

When I did this, the photos appeared in the shared albums the next day.  Try to force a new upload by adding a new photo the shared albums.

My Photo Stream will only show the photos that have been added during the last thirty days, even if you are seeing more photos on your iPad and iPhone.
