Thanks for using Apple Support Communities.
I see that you're getting an indication that you must transfer your Apple ID to this device in order to play purchased/Apple Music on your iPhone. This is likely because you have reached your 10 device maximum to be associated with your Apple ID. Before hitting Transfer, I suggest you follow the steps in the link below to help see what devices are associated with your Apple ID.
View and remove associated devices in iTunes
