You might wish to try using these settings:
- On your iPhone, in the Watch app, go to: My Watch (tab) > General > Wrist Detection - turn this on.
- On your iPhone, in the Watch app, go to: My Watch > Passcode > Turn Passcode on (choose either a Simple Passcode or a more complex one).
- Also on the Passcode settings screen, enable Unlock with iPhone.
After putting it on your wrist, your watch will then unlock after whatever you do first: either unlocking your watch manually (by entering the passcode) or unlocking your iPhone.
It will then remain unlocked (including when the screen is asleep) until you remove it from your wrist. When you remove your watch, it will lock automatically.

Jun 14, 2016 11:54 AM in response to fabioseferiby Jonathan UK,★HelpfulCheck also that you are not wearing your watch too loosely, as this can cause the watch to lock whilst you are still wearing it (if the watch believes that it has been removed).
For the best results from features including Wrist Detection, the Taptic Engine and the heart rate sensor, the back of your watch needs to be in contact with your skin. Wearing it with the right fit (neither too tight nor too loose, with room for your skin to breathe) should be comfortable, whilst also allowing the sensors to operate properly:

Apple MusicHi,
Make an appointment at an Apple Genius Bar > http://www.apple.com/retail/geniusbar/
It should not be that difficult to pair your Apple Watch so let Apple help you directly.

Jun 15, 2016 4:11 AM in response to fabioseferiby Jonathan UK,Some wrist tattoos can affect the performance of the watch's sensor, causing it to behave in the way that you describe. If you have a tattoo on one wrist, but not the other, it may therefore help to wear your watch on the other arm. The watch can be configured for wear on either wrist, with the buttons on either side:
If you do not have a wrist tattoo, the following further steps may help:
- If you have not yet done so, update your iPhone and Apple Watch to the latest software, starting with your iPhone:
- Restart both your iPhone and your watch:
- Turn both devices off together, then restart your iPhone first;
- To turn your watch off: press and hold the side button until you see the Power Off slider; drag it to turn off;
- To turn it back on: press and hold the side button until you see the Apple logo.
- Restart your Apple Watch - Apple Support
- Turn both devices off together, then restart your iPhone first;
- Unpair and re-pair your watch, choosing to Restore from Backup during setup. Most data and settings will be restored, with some exceptions (eg Apple Pay cards, passcode).
If the issue persists, I suggest that you contact Apple Support (mail-in service may be available) or make a Genius Bar reservation with a view to having your watch checked (under warranty, if eligible):
