I am thinking of buying an Apple TV and have reviewed the website info.
My question before I buy it and cancel my cable subscription: while some apps seem to be free, others do not. If so, where can I find the cost and the terms (one time charge, monthly fee, etc.) for the latter? Many thanks.

Unfortunately in many cases the only way to find the cost of an app is by looking via the app store on the apple TV. In some cases you might get help by looking up the equivalent app in the app store for mobile devices as costs are usually similar, if not the same in many cases.
