Q: Having trouble installing Windows 10 ISO through bootcamp on OSX Yosemite
Hey, i'm currently trying to set up Windows 10 through bootcamp and i'm constantly getting the error message: "Boot Camp only supports Windows 8 or later installation on this platform. Please use an ISO file for Windows 8 or later installation."
I'm not sure why i'm getting this as I had just purchased windows 10 a few hours ago and downloaded the ISO.
Heres a link to my laptop's specs: http://imgur.com/ofClWvT
And heres the name of the file I downloaded from the Microsoft store: http://imgur.com/ml9HTcl
Here is where the error occurs: http://imgur.com/zPwAbSL
If anyone is able to help or provide some kind of solution i'd be really grateful, if theres anymore info needed please tell me. Thank you!
MacBook Pro with Retina display, OS X Yosemite (10.10.5)

Your ISO of 1.6GB (as shown in http://imgur.com/ml9HTcl ) is corrupted. It is not an OSX issue. It should be about 4+ GB. It must be either 64-bit or 32-bit, but not mixed mode. Try and download the ISO over an ethernet connection.
