I want to remove some photos from my iPhone but keep all photos on my Macbook Pro.

Are you using iCloud Photo Library? If so deleting them on the phone will also cause them to be deleted on the Mac. I would import the photos to the Mac directly and not rely on ICPL for safekeeping.
