Purchased album not showing in purchase history

I bought the new Radiohead album last week. When I go to the album page on the iTunes Store it shows as "purchased," but when I go to the Purchased page under my account and select All Albums, it's not there.

That's the first issue; the second is that when I downloaded the album it only downloaded the first 9 songs. Songs 10 and 11 are missing, and there doesn't appear to be any way to download just those last two songs, especially when the album isn't showing in my purchase history. Why it is that Apple doesn't have a link on the album page to download one or all of the songs is a complete mystery to me.

And I'm logged in with the correct iTunes account (I only have one). Thanks!
