Q: podcast not installed

My Podcast Apple app isn't installed on my iPhone 5S. I've been using it for like 10 months and now I wanted to listen to Podcasts but I can't because I realised that I haven't got the app, although it says "open" when I try to install it on the App Store (and it obviously doesn't do anything when I click the "open" button)

Help please!!
