Q: I Cannot hear anyone when I send receive a phone call

As another isolation question, when you go to listen to your voicemails, [don't tap Speaker] are you able to listen through the receiver without issue? If so, the receiver itself is not the problem. That would mean the issue is only persistent with phone calls. At that point, try testing with a set of headphones as well when you are on a call to see if the issue persists. [not permanent resolution, just isolation so I'm not leading you down the path of needless troubleshooting]

Have you tried a Forced Restart. Hold down the Home and Wake/Sleep buttons at the same time for about 15-20 seconds until the Apple logo appears.

Water or dirt in the headphone jack

Take a pair of headphones and push them in and out a few times. It will work, I was skeptical but it happened to me.
