If you can't update or restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
If it won't allow you to put it into recovery mode, because of the continued rebooting, it may be a hardware issue that will need servicing.

May 21, 2016 1:54 AM in response to yupikby yupik,I can't publish a video here. That is sad. just photo is ok. but this will not show the process. I have tried all the possibilities of switch button and hard reset etc. no working. Maybe something wrong with LCD IC?
