how to connect apple tv 4 to iphone 6 with bluetooth

Brand new out of box apple tv 4, 5 month old iphone 6...

Neither the apple tv or the iphone sees the other when try to connect with Bluetooth....

Bluetooth enabled on both devices

Apple TV just searches endlessly..

Apple Iphone does not find the apple TV in the Bluetooth menu (yes, it finds my other bluetooth devices)

Desire to stream Netflix from my phone to Apple TV

Apple TV connected to smart TV via HDMI cable to HDMI port #1

Do NOT want to piggyback or use a wireless connection...

Want to use BLUETOOTH to make connection...

Is this possible???
