Q: bought ipod 5 online and they forgot to turn off find my iphone and i have no contact info , what can i do ?

have no idea what to do and i don't have anymore of their info and it says " this ipod is linked to an apple id enter the apple id and password that were used to set up this ipod "

If you bought it through a site such as Amazon or eBay, ask the people running the site for a refund. Otherwise, nothing; Apple won’t unlock that iPod for you.
