ringtones not syncing

I recently synced my IPhone to my new computer, all of my ringtones were in my iTunes account and checked to sync to my phone. but didn't. Now it looks like it is thinking about it but they don't upload when I sync. Here's what it looks like on the tones tab on my device how do I get them from my computer back onto my phone. My music synced just fine.
