traffic outbrain on ios

Has anyone else started to see traffic outbrain appearing in Safari on their iPhone? When I click on a link on a newspaper website I momentarily see otraffic outbrain appear as the URL. From what I've read, I don;t particularly want it on my phone and have looked up ways to remove it, but nothing's there for phones. Any thoughts?

iPhone 5c, iOS 9.3.2

Try resetting Safari. Close Safari completely from the app switcher window by double clicking the Home button and swiping up the Safari preview pane until it disappears from the screen. Then go to Settings > Safari > Clear History and Website Data. Then do a forced restart. Hold down the Home and Wake/Sleep buttons at the same time for about 15-20 seconds until the Apple logo appears.
