Q: i have tried several times restoring the data as explained above failed to get through . Still keep getting the apple logo on the screen and a sound in ever 2 sec .  The phone not booting to see the home screen .Appreciate some one help me

Hi my iPhone 4 is not getting on , and I am getting the apple logo on the screen followed by a beep sound every 2 sec. I tried to reset/restore and update as guided here , how ever failed to see the home screen . This happened suddenly since yesterday and appreciate some one help me on this .
