Q: iphone 4s locked up during IOS 9.3.2 update

currently have IOS 9.2. but the iphone 4s is unusable because of the 9,3.2 update. i keep getting an error 29 mid the final verification process in itunes. all software in the imac is up to date.

iMac, OS X El Capitan (10.11.5), itunes 12.4.0.119

Follow the 3R's- if a restart does not solve your problem proceed

User troubleshooting is:

1. restart, ie power off/on,

2. reset http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1430,

3. restore from backup, restore as new device. http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1414

See this Apple support document with information about update errors. Error 29 is generally a hardware issue, but check the troubleshooting in the support document. Get help with iOS update and restore errors - Apple Support
