To check if this setting has been enabled (and to turn it off), if the option is available to you:
- On your iPhone, go to: Settings > General > Restrictions.
RETRIEVED FROM THREAD: Cannot delete apps from Apple Watch

Did you re pair the watch and Phone yet?
Are these third party apps you're trying to delete? Pre installed Apple apps cannot be deleted.

yes they are paired together everything works fine betven them
just that i cant remove 3 party apps like i could from the begining on the watch.
