Theme fonts are gone...everything is Helvetica!

I've been working on a project for a while now with multiple videos. All having a similar theme for titles. Today, all the themes are using Helvetica. I don't remember the names of the fonts I used either - they were part of the fcp theme.

How can I get these fonts back? Is there a list of the fonts that are used in fcp's themes?
