NKO for macbook PRO

Hello

So I have purchased a MacBook Pro... but I can not seem to get onto Navy Knowledge Online to do homework, i have downloaded firefox and chrome and it still will not let me go about this, does anyone know how I can do this, before i might have to return this great computer?
