Bluetooth problems with 9.3.2

My bluetooth is choppy in my car since upgrading 9.3.2. I know it is the update because my iphone without upgrade works fine.

I had the exact same problem after upgrading my 6S yesterday. My work iPhone has no problem connecting to the car with the older release.

The other side can hear everything fine. The problem is only in the receive direction.
