3D Widget rotation axis changed after update

I published a technical iBook with a lot of 3D Widgets with "Horizontal and Vertical" rotation two years ago. I checked it last time on December of 2015 and everything worked fine. Today when I checked my iBook the rotation axis has been changed so the 3D widget is unusable. The plane that was horizontal before now is vertical, so if you want to orbit you need to view the model rotated 90 degrees.

I think that this must be a bug because the horizontal plane of the widget previsualization in iBooks Author is the right one, but changes after you activate the widget.
