i keep having a window to authorize my iphone on my pro surface 4 although it is authorized, any help, i am on windows 10 latest updates installed

Another possibility could be that there are apps on your iPhone which were downloaded from a different Apple ID. If this is a possibility, iTunes could be prompting you to authorize the computer for that Apple ID.

When you are prompted to authorize the computer, are you prompted to enter the password for a specific Apple ID? If so, is it the same Apple ID that is signed in under Settings > iTunes & App Store?
