Im using (MacBook Air (13-inch, Early 2015) 1.6 GHz Intel Core i5 4 GB 1600 MHz DDR3) I would like to print page fro our website Black & white only, I dont know how to freeze colored cartridge .please advice

Every printer model/driver And application you print from can affect what option is available.
Here's how it works on my Epson:
In browser Safari, go to File > Print
In the print dialog, click on Show Details (near bottom left of dialog box)
In the middle-right of the dialog box is a pull-down menu.
Pull down to find Printer Features and change Color Model to Grayscale. This is the part that varies between printer drivers and applications. You'll have to search through all the options to find a grayscale or black and white option.
As Greg stated you may have different options for your printer, but here are two screenshots from my print dialogue
which will black ink printing only. Hope they give some indication what you need to look for in the drop down menus.
