Outlining a Building in FCP X

Hey Everyone,

I am trying to outline a property as seen in this video here at :17 seconds: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1nq1_wDj4OI

I want to be able to have an animated outline around a building and have it look as though it is actually on the ground. My problem is that I cannot figure out what Plugin or tool to use in order to do this well. I have heard about TrackX and I just purchased ProMap from Pixel Film Studios but I am having trouble getting it right.

Any tips?

*running latest version of El Capitan, FCP X, and Motion 5.
