Q: iPhone can't update nor recover via iTunes
Hi everyone,
having an iPhone 5s is getting a bit frustrating lately.. (i just switched from android to iPhone 5 months ago)
First of all, my iPhone out of nowhere just decided to say 'NO SERVICE' on the top left hand corner. I restarted/rebooted it, and then it said 'Searching..'
My wifi and everything else works perfectly, its just my carriers' service that is 'being searched'! Unfortunately, I live in a country that does not have an Apple store, so I went to a local phone shop who told me that they were going to try to put a new antenna for me; the new antenna did not fix the problem. Afterwards, I was also told to update my software (maybe that could fix the issue). My iPhone then said 'Software update not available; try again later' when I tried it. This went on for four days! So I decided to update my phone via iTunes. It started updating and halfway through, it stopped and said 'an unknown error occurred'. I tried this about 5 times (as well as REBOOTING it) and my laptop basically crashed. To make matters worse, my iPhone can now not turn on and just shows to connect to iTunes! At this exact moment, I am trying to update (and/or reboot) it on another PC ,and it says it will take 3 hours.. I do not know what will happen after these 3 hours ,but I highly doubt that it'll help! I NEED HELP! PLEASE! Thank you..
iPhone 5s, iPhone never got dropped nor wet!
