How do I solve error message -54?

Hi everyone,

I am using an Iphone 6s currently... While syncing my iphone with my laptop, it shows an error message stating that an error has occurred. I have tried uninstalling the itunes system and re-downloading the system. I also tried restoring and restarting my iphone but it came to no avail. The same error message has been showed time and again. This is really frustrating for me, please help out a friend in need! 😟
