Is there a way to shuffle all songs by an artist on Apple Music? For example, if I type in Tim McGraw in the search bar and go to his artist page, can I shuffle all of his music? I use Apple Music on my iPhone and my Mac and can't figure this out. Thanks!

I don't think that you can shuffle by artist. Suggest that you create smart playlists for specific artists.

Unfortunately no - can't shuffle an entire artist's library directly from Apple Music. Two options:
(1) Play the Top Songs list (which obviously is not their entire AM library)
(2) Add their entire AM library to YOUR iTunes Library. And from there you can then shuffle all the songs available through Apple Music.
