Changing id3 tag

It's a bit odd, but I could not anymore change id3 tag with iTunes.

I need to change the id3 tags of audio books from v2.4 to v2.3, because my mp3 player do not support v2.4. I used to do it with iTunes just selecting all files in a play list and clicking with two fingers and there was opinion "Change id3 tag". Today I realized it had disappeared.

Could someone help how I get that opinion there back? And could someone tell why this had happened? I'm afraid I have a virus on my computer.

Just tagging along here. It seems 12.4 has done away with the ability to change ID3 tags as well. I have a similar issue in that one of our vehicles doesn't play well with 2.4 ID3 tags so I usually change them by highlighting the songs I need to change, right click, and then choose to change the ID3 tag to 2.3. Just tried it for the first time since upgrading to 12.4 and it appears that capability is no longer in the contextual menu nor can I find it anywhere else within iTunes.

Such strange changes with this tiny .X update. Seems they've done something under the hood as it's no longer playing nice with my remote menu bar controller any longer either.
