OS X shares my volumes/drives and home folders by default and I can not limit or remove access to them.

It doesn't matter if I have shared folders or not, if I turn on this sharing feature all my drives are accessible from another computer after I log in. I don't want to share any drive, I just want to share one or two folders.

What can I do about it? It's a serious security issue.

iMac, OS X El Capitan (10.11.5)

If you are logging into the sharing computer with the same login credentials that you use on that Mac, then that is what it is supposed to do. When you log into a Mac, from anywhere, you are logging into your account. You have the same rights and privileges from across the world as if you were sitting at the Mac.

If you want to allow others to share certain folders, create Sharing Only users for them and give those Sharing Only users access to only the folders you wish to give them access.
