Blue screen when i upgraded from ios 9.2 to 9.3.1 on my iPad air. Please help

Try Recovery Mode

Connect your device to your computer and open iTunes.

While your device is connected, force restart it: Press and hold both the Sleep/Wake and Home button for at least 10 seconds, and don't release when you see the Apple logo.

Keep holding until you see the recovery mode screen and wait for it to restore.

Restore as New first and then restore from backup if desired.

Itunes recognized that the ipad is in a problem and i downloaded ios 9.1 but it shows 3194. So the problem still exist

If you see Error 3194, Error 17, or 'This device isn't eligible for the requested build' in iTunes - Apple Support

it doesn't work even when I updated iTunes on my pc. The blue screen stiill appears. There is another solution i can try ?

If Recovery Mode did not work I would suggest taking the iPad to an Apple Store for evaluation.

I hope so but there is no Apple store in my country. i guess if i could downgrad to ios 9.2 or 9.1 it will be great. My problem start the moment i upgraded to ios 9.3.1 ( i dindn't upgrad to 9.3 )

Is there an Authorized Dealer? Also you could try recovery mode again, little to lose at this point.

I don't know if there is an authorized dealer. I try the recovery mode more than 3 time. what i hope now is that ios 9.3.3 fixed this problem
