No - but at some point - especially if they use services like iMessage and FaceTime or iCloud email - you will have to update the ID on them

If you change the email address for your Apple ID you must log out of everywhere it is used, then log in with the new Apple ID. See: What to do after you change your Apple ID email address or password - Apple Support
