Q: Enable Apple ID

I have done everything I can to fix my Apple ID I even added a new card and updated all my info and it still tells me my Apple ID is disabled. Can someone please help me fix this I can't update any of my apps.

What exactly have you done, and what did Support tell you to do ? You've followed the instructions on ManSinha's second link, including the 'Learn More' section at the bottom of it ? If that hasn't fixed it then contact Support again and see if they can/will re-enable it
