I have been bashing my head against my desk for about an hour. I have used Mp3tag to add tags to my podcast. I upload it to my squarespace account, follow all the directions there, go to itunes and subscribe to podcast. place rss feed. it tests fine in itunes. click on submit and get "Can’t submit your feed. There is no category tag in your feed, or the category tag is empty." error.
I have looked everywhere on how to add a category and edit categories. There is nothing out there. This shouldn't be this hard. PLEASE HELP!
the one link I found on the squarespace support site said just add category=Categoryname& in the rss feed. this made itunes connect come back with not only Can’t submit your feed. There is no category tag in your feed, or the category tag is empty. but now there is no track listed.
I am about to give up.
