Computer restarting software on it's own

My MacBook Pro restarts and seemingly installs software on its own with out prompting me or allowing me to save or close things. This has only started happening since El Capitan was installed on my computer. How do I stop it doing this, its REALLY annoying?

This is what I see of interest on the Etrecheck report:

You have a torrent application. Get rid of it because that is a good way of introducing malware into the MBP.

Sims 4 crashed your MBP, do you need it?

You have two applications that I am not familiar with: Juniper and Stovell. What are they and you you need them?

Google Chrome and its various parts is using a lot of the CPU resources. It is a glutton among browsers, so consider using another browser such as Safari, Firefox or Opera.

Reset the SMC and the NVRAM:

https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204063

Then try a safe boot:

Any change for the better?

Ciao.
