Q: I have a iPhone 4 and I've been trying to update my apps I've changed my password in everything backed it up. Then shut phone off to let it reset turned it on and still can't update my apps

It ask me to reset my password and I did that on my Apple ID then I changed all my info on my iclould and iTunes added a new payment card. Updated my info their. Checked all my devices and my problem still has no been resolved.
