May 22, 2016 12:27 PM in response to Debbilipby AJ397,The restriction code is the passcode that is set up when using restrictions on the phone. It is different than the screen lock passcode, but is still chosen by the user. If you cannot remember it, follow the directions here: If you forgot the passcode for your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, or your device is disabled - Apple Support

May 22, 2016 12:27 PM in response to Debbilipby ChrisJ4203,You are the one that would have created it. You go to Settings>General>Restrictions and it asks for the code there. If you do not remember the code, you will need to put the device into Recovery Mode and wipe it. Use iTunes on your Mac or PC to restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod to factory settings - Apple Support
The only other way that a Restrictions passcode is on the device and you do not remember using it is if that is set by an employer profile.
