Q: I am trying to share an album I created in Photos.  When I try to add a subscriber all they get is a blank album, no photos.  What am I doing wrong?

I am trying to share my existing album in Photos with friends and family.  How do I share an existing album?  i do not want to create a new one.  When I click on "New Shared Album" all they get is a blank album - no photos.

Help!
