How do I update Safari (6.1.6) when I already have OS X 10.7.5?

The usual practice involves an upgrade to a later version OS X

where the new Safari is included and updates are supported.

If your computer build model cannot upgrade to later OS X, a

workaround is to get a different & currently supported browser.

For older Mac OS X versions that no longer see Safari updates,

the Mozilla Firefox browser is a presently-supported option for

users of Snow Leopard 10.6.8, forward to El Capitan 10.11.5.

The information and download links are in above page, from maker site.

There are a few other web browsers available, few as good or supported.

Good luck & happy computing! 🙂
