Q: my iphone 5c doesnt open anymore after i was prompted to update it with itunes. now, the screen only shows itunes logo and usb cable. read some advices here yet nothing happened. any help will be highly appreciated.

My iPhone 5c doesn't open anymore after I was prompted to update it with iTunes. now, the screen only shows iTunes logo and USB cable. I've read and applied some advices from here yet nothing happened. Any help will be highly appreciated. Thank you.

Please read sierrawren's post. It helped me fix my phone. Now it's working perfectly fine. Hope it can help others too.
