My sun delete some basic application from my iPhone

Log into your App Store account with the Apple ID you normally use to buy or download apps. Select the Purchases tab. You can re-download your past purchases for free from there.

If you want to prevent this from happening, go to Settings > General > Restrictions > and Enable Restrictions. You'll need to set up a password for this.
