Q: Trying to update my ipad pro 9.7
I am trying to update to ios version 9.3.2.
I had been on vacation and when i came home the uodate had been downloaded.
I went through the procedure to install it the following error came up:
I am connected to the internet. Mail works, apps dowload and install.
Any suggestions.
iPad Pro, iOS 9.3.1, 9.7 inch version

Reset your network settings.
Settings - General - Reset - Reset Network Settings
Reset your device. This won't delete your data stored on the phone.
- Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button
- Press and hold on the Home button
- Keep holding both buttons until the display turns off and back on with Apple logo on it.
