Welcome to the Apple Support Communities! I'm sorry to hear about your iPhone. If you have previously set up your iPhone to back up automatically to iCloud, you may be able to back it up even with a broken screen by plugging in to power while in range of a previously joined WiFi network. You can also check to see if there is a recent iCloud device backup from your computer. You may find the information and steps outlined in the following articles helpful:

Since the glass is shattered I am sure it is applying pressure causing your phone to glitch out. I have seen plenty of phone repair stores in the malls in my area. I am sure you have them too. You can also find repair kits online.
Good luck
