Network Problem

HI! Im not sure where to submit this question, so Im doing it here


I'm having trouble to connect to Apple server: Apple website, App Store, iTunes Store With my wifi, I can browse the Internet without trouble,


I have tested with the raouter it work but when trying to to connect with the Wingle(wifi) it can't connect I'm actually downloading torrent with that wingle internet, it's 4G LTE, I've disabled the torrents and try but still, any advices?


it happens on my Mac,iPhone and iPad, so the problem come from the network device but it seems that only Apple services don't work!


it used to work fine before, i notice the problem yesterday when trying to download additional content of Logic Pro X, all the content about 20GB was previously download with the same network


there have been no specific modification on the router, except the MAC address filtering
