Can't Sync

I got a new computer several months ago. I authorized this computer. Now when I connect to this computer my device is not listed. I updated version of Itunes and now my phone will not show up on this computer. It did before I updated version. Help. I can't sync.....

If you tried the basic trouble-shooting steps, you may want to completely remove iTunes and related software components. This Apple document lists the components of an iTunes installation, and the precise order to uninstall them


Remove and reinstall iTunes and related software components for Windows 7 and later - Apple Support


After completely removing iTunes, reinstall the latest version of iTunes
