Q: Recovery of lost iPhone6s

Lost iPhone 6S IOS 9.3 (Grey) in train at Town Hall (North Sydney bound train arrived at Town hall at 9:45AM on 26/04/2016 Tuesday Morning).

Called Phone number within 5min BUT no one answered ! Also it is not returned to station Master either.

This phone was used to purchase item from iTune. It is locked with 6-digit PIN.

But find phone may not enabled !

Question-1: can anyone break/reuse this phone by iTune recovery mode?

Question-2: Can this phone be traced using IEMI number?

Question-3: Can some APP store help to find out this phone being it was used to buy items from iTune.

                    Is there any unique information in the phone which can find out this phone, if someone try to use it.

Can APPLE / APP STORE help me ..
