May 24, 2016 8:26 PM in response to braden85by You Know Who I Am,Hello braden85,
Thanks for your reply. But I have checked every possible solution on the apple support website, and still I am not able to use the feature. My iPod Touch 4 is on iOS 6.1.6 and iPhone 6 on iOS 9.3.2. Also, my iCloud ID is protected by the Two Step Authentication. Does that cause a problem?

May 24, 2016 9:22 PM in response to braden85by You Know Who I Am,Okay! I got hold of the issue. It is the port 443, which is causing this trouble. My IP denies access to 443. Will have to look for a solution to this. Thanks!
