    There are a number of thriving Apple II user communities that are (necessarily) skilled in repair of these old machines.  You might look at joining one or more - there is a Facebook group called "Apple II Enthusiasts" that may be able to help; one with an even broader worldwide reach is the comp.sys.apple2 newsgroup, reachable via Google Groups if you're not familiar with ancient NNTP-style newsgroups.
