Q: why i cant sign in apple store/icloud my newly created apple id?

If you sign in using the new Apple ID, all the content downloaded (associated) from the original Apple ID will be deleted.

May 23, 2016 6:41 AMby mannyls,hello carolyn. its ok with me to delete all asociated downloaded content of my original apple id.. so i continue formatted my ipad mini. and at the same time, i create new apple id.. after final set up.. message says.. COULD NOT SIGN IN. Apple id is not been used apple store.. went to itunes, signing in, but the problem is still there... i cant sign in to apple store also...
