WhatsApp exported zip file

Hi,

I have exported a WhatsApp chat to my IMessage folder and permanently deleted the WhatsApp version of the chat. The file appears as a .zip file in my messages and when opened I can view the photos and media. However there is no sign of the .txt file that holds the chat itself. I've tried sending the message to an email address but this doesn't work, it just pops up again as a message. How can I transfer the .zip file to a desktop PC when emailing has failed?
