ios 9.3.1 App crash 'Zoom enabled'

I made the mistake of updating my Ipad mini with ios 9.3. Now when I am in an app (it doesn't seem to matter what type - games, weather, news) it suddenly crashes the screen goes blank and i get the "zoom enabled" square appear before it sends me back to my home screen. It's starting to get really annoying and I can't seem to find any information about it anywhere. Can anyone help?

I have the same problem but I have looked in my diagnostics tab that sends error codes to apple after every crash and found that most of the time the errors are not because of the game but rather a proggraming code that old ipad cannot understand because the app is made with ios 9 because the old devices are made from the old ios new apps will overuse the memory as a backup because it cannot use the code for ipads that do not have the recent graphic tech when games were just like 2d type codes... but here is the bad part... if it has overused the memory it will slow down and will be forced to use the battery for more power (I noticed the battery part when playing for only 2 miniutes on 100% until 4 seconds later it warns me about 10% low and a 5% 5 seconds later it turns off then I start charging it now usually it takes about 2 to three hours if all apps are closed... but then I find that my ipad has not even reached 30 in three hours and find that the charger overheated so I unplugged it because fire safety... now this when I checked the diagnostics history after I deleted the game but then find out that even after I free up the memory and got the new update for ios 9 now when I check the settings to see if its fixed there is a bunch of logs on the diagnostics tab and see that they all have the same type of error that says the same thing but not just on apps... now there is a bunch of errors I don't understand... so if you know anybody who has an old device not updated to ios 9 tell them not to because the programming is not supported on that device they should stay on the old or get the newer models that will not crash badly.
